When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
All the jewelry listed on the Harsh and Sweet website is ready to ship. While most orders are mailed on the day the order is placed or on the following day, at particularly busy times it might take up to three days for an order to be processed.
That said, Harsh and Sweet is not in control of how long it takes for your order to work its way through the postal service and reach you. Please, do not forget that delivery time varies from package to package and that it may take longer for mail to be delivered at busy times of the year.
Additional time will be needed should your order have to be cleared by customs.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your jewelry is mailed you will receive its tracking number in Harsh and Sweet's dispatch confirmation email. That will allow you to follow its progress toward you and know when it is out for delivery.
Why do I need to enter my email address?
We will contact you by email of there are problems with your street address or any other issues that make it impossible for us to mail your order. Please, be aware that we contact our customers only if there are problems. If everything goes smoothly, you will only receive two emails; your order confirmation and a dispatch confirmation email.

Why has my order been cancelled?
Orders are only cancelled when they cannot safely be mailed to you, for instance in the case we only have an incomplete address, and we have not been able to get in touch with you by email. If your order is cancelled, all charges will be refunded to you.
Will I have to pay customs or duty charges?
Orders to be delivered outside of the EU may be subject to local and custom taxes. By law, the recipient is responsible for all custom charges. If you are buying a gift for someone else, please, make sure they are aware of the charges they will incur before you order. Since different charges are levied by each country, Harsh and Sweet cannot assess the amount that will be levied for your order.
