This hoop is available in recycled sterling silver and argentium.
Sterling silver (925) tends to oxidate over time and needs occasional polishing. The sterling silver used is recycled and these hoops are sustainable and eco-friendly.
Argentium (935) has higher silver content and is less likely to oxidate.
This hoop is offered in 2 gauges (thicknesses):
- 20 gauge, the usual gauge for ear wires, measuring 0.8 mm across, a thickness comfortable for everyone
- 18 gauge, a little thicker at 1 mm in diameter, a thickness that may require some getting used to
